Erasmus Project

The Erasmus program enables students of higher education institutions holding EUC to spend a period of study at an institute of EUC owner of one of the countries participating in the program, which has signed a bilateral agreement with the Institute of belonging.

The Erasmus student, who may receive a Community contribution for this purpose or benefit only the status Erasmus (without grant), has the opportunity to take courses and use of the facilities available at the host institution without any additional fees, with the guarantee of recognition of periods of study abroad through the transfer of their claims (with the support of ECTS or other credit system compatible).

The Erasmus program allows cultural experiences abroad , to learn about new systems of higher education, improve their knowledge of another language and meet young people from other countries , thereby actively participating in the construction of an increasingly united Europe .
Before departing every Erasmus student must be in possession of the curriculum ( Learning Agreement ) to be followed abroad , is approved by the Institute of belonging that by the host .
At the end of the study period , the host institution must provide the Erasmus student and notify the Institute of belonging to a certificate ( Transcript ) confirming the results obtained.
For students with disabilities in mobility are provided specific contributions.
In addition Erasmus students headed to one of those countries where the language is less widely used and taught , they have the opportunity to participate in intensive courses for language preparation ( EILCs - Erasmus Intensive Language Courses ) , preparatory to the next Erasmus mobility period .
